Treatment summary

Results Achieved

  • Class I relationship achieved
  • Normal  overjet and overbite achieved
  • Deepbite improved
  • Significant improvement of overbite
  • Proper axial inclination of incisors
  • Curve of Spee levelled
  • Arches aligned and coordinated
  • Arch form improved
  • Aesthetic smile line was achieved

Total treatment Time

  • 20 months

Number of aligners

  • Maxillary: 32 + 33 = 65
  • Mandibular: 18 + 25 = 43

Aligner wear time

  • 10 days

Comments

  • Sequential upper molar distalization with Class II elastic support on right side to normalize molar relationship
  • Transversal expansion in both arches, palatal root torque with intrusion on 11 & 21 to normalize incisor angulation
  • IPR in upper and lower incisors region to gain extra space for alignment
  • Relative intrusion in lower incisors to level curve of spee and normalize overbite
