Comments
- To make sure that the crowding is solved as well as the upper incisors axial inclination is kept, I made a positive torque and power ridge to the upper incisors when retraction began to react.
- To paralyze the tooth root when space closing, I first made the first premolar to tip medially and the first molar to tip distally for 5`10 degree and start to close the space.
- Horizontal rectangular attachment used to the molar and vertical rectangular attachment used to the first premolar, as well as optimized attachment used to the canine, all these are the perfect tools for the success of this difficult "four second premolars extraction" case.
