Comments

    • 1. Sequential Lower distalization protocol with aesthetic start motivation.
      2. Lower arch sequential distalization permits us to achieve space in the lower arch and go from Class III molar and canine into Class I molar and canine.
      3. Lower arch sequential distalization allowsus to obtain overjet in order to correct the anterior crossbite and to torque lower incisors lingually.
      4. Lower arch sequential distalizationallows us to achieve over-jet in order to correct the upper and lower incisor angulation and achieve 131 degrees final interincisal angle.
      5. From L1 to L6 we achieve partial lower anterior alignment which motivates the patient in order to have high compliance during the period of 8-10 months of sequential lower arch distalization.
      6. Upper Arch Posterior Expansion in order to correct lateral cross-bite.
      7. Upper Anterior proclination in order to correct anterior cross-bite.
      8. Full time aligner and class III elastics ( 22 hours/day)
      9. Root Control Attachment Upper right central (11): Tipping root distally
