Comments

  • 1. The main goal at the initial Clincheck was to expand and distal upper left molars and premolars in order to open space for canines 13,23.We successfully achieved this goal.
    2. At refinement we used class III elastics and Multi-Extrusion G4 attachments for open bite closure, and Class III elastics to achieve class I molar and canine.
    3. Geometric pontics were placed for teeth 13, 23, 25. During staging the mesio-distal width of pontics 13,23,25 increased in order to allow enough space for eruption.
    4. Canines 13, 23 erupted during treatment period with high angle rotation placed, optimized rotation attachments at refinement period
    5. Multi-Tooth Extrusion Attachments were used at upper and lower incisors and canines for open bite closure.
    6. Class III Elastics were used in order to go from class III into class I molar and canine bilateral
