- Upper posterior teeth distalization to solve the Class II molar relationship.
- Increase of upper incisors root lingual torque, when distalizing upper posterior teeth using Class II elastics.
- Lower anterior teeth have been intruded through frog pattern.
- Second molars cross bite on left side has been corrected through derotating and buccal tipping lower left second molar.
- Finally, we used veneer to restore the severe abrasion of lower left first molar.
