Comments
- This is a Class II div2 subdivision case combined with facial asymmetry.
- The patient wanted a better smile and asked for correction of her gummy smile, deep bite, crowding and rotated teeth.
- Due to her good lateral profile, I decided to do a treatment without extraction.
- I designed sequential distalization over Q2, with an elastic jump at the end to correct Class II to Class I over L't side.
- Gummy smile and deepbite are corrected by intrusion of upper and lower incisors.
- 2.4 Rotation is corrected with optimized rotation attachment for 60 degree rotation.
- L't side Class II elastics for anchorage and elastic jump.
- Total Tx time is 20M.
