- The most difficult part is 2.4 severe rotation
- Due to good a profile of this patient the treatment plan is to get space through expansion and IPR for Bolton's discrepancy and black triangles
- 2.4 Rotation was corrected by well designed ClinCheck plan with palatal attachment.
