Comments
- Class II elastics wear during the whole treatment
- Pattern Distalization was used to minimize anchorage loss
- For aesthetic concerns we used retention attachments to control upper anterior.
- Torque was added at aligner #15 at the same time we removed the lower incisor attachments
- I planned to leave 0.6 mm of space between teeth #1.2 and 0.7 mm of space between teeth #2.2
- For posterior restoration of both teeth we corrected with veneers.
- We finished the treatment with whitening, and two composite indirect veneers on laterals
- we restored minor wear on incisal edges of both #1.1 and #2.1 with composite resin
- All functional and aesthetic goals were achieved
