Comments

  • Given that the non-surgical approach was chosen, tooth extraction was deemed necessary to prevent excessive proclination of the upper incisors
  •  Thus, extraction of the lower right lateral incisor (tooth 42) was decided upon; this tooth was selected due to the more severe Class III canine relationship on the right side.
