Comments
- Initially used a RPE combined with lower "Invisalign First" to expand the upper 2.0 mm per side and the lower 1.5 mm per side
- After stage 12 on the lower, the RPE was removed and a refinement was done both upper and lower to finish the upper and lower expansion, eliminate the crowding and remove UL2 from crossbite
- Patient was also referred to the ENT for removal of tonsils and adenoids.
