Comments

  • Correction of crowding and rotations was performed through IPR and with minimal tooth expansion to increase future stability
  • For the same reason we decided not to move the following teeth:1.7, 1.6, 1.5, 2.6, 2.7, 3.6, 3.7, 4.6 and 4.7
  • In order to improve the canine class I relationship on the right side, we chose to perform posterior IPR, this helped to reduce treatment time and eliminate the need to use intermaxillary elastics
  • IPR on the right side was performed to keep the lower midline at position after alignment and dental projection
