Comments
- Class II canine and molar relationships were corrected to class I relationship with distalization of upper molars and class II elastics
- Overjet was significantly reduced by retraction of upper incisors
- Deep bite was reduced by significant intrusion of upper and lower incisors and a slight extrusion of lower premolars
- Bolton maxillary excess was decreased by performing IPR in the maxillary arch
- Lip protrusion was reduced by retraction of upper incisors
- A new implant crown was placed on 36 ( lower left first molar) after orthodontic treatment
- The reason why clinical outcome didn't have an exact match with the ClinCheck is that I over-engineered ClinCheck plan, especially over-treated deep overbite in this case. Patient was very satisfied with the treatment outcome
