Comments

  • We started this treatment with expansion to improve the form of both arches
  • The space created helped to relieve the anterior crowding and to allow the extrusion of the upper canines
  • Once space was created for upper canines we used cross arch triangular elastics to bring the canines down into proper canine guidance and Class I canine position
