- Expansion of both arches
- Patients edge to edge bite caused wear and trauma on the anterior lower teeth
- Edge to edge bite was solved with IPR on lower anterior teeth, class III elastics on both sides to potentiate the retro inclination of the lower incisors
- Once an adequate overjet was obtained we extruded the anterior superiors
