- This is a class III malocclusion case with anterior crossbite and asymmetrical arch form
- Upper anterior teeth were flared
- Posteriors were distalized to reshape the arch form, meanwhile removing the anterior interference to relocate the mandible position with Class III elastics
- After mandible jump, we used Class II elastic to achieve molar and canine class I relationship
