- This is a Class II case with a good profile
- The treatment plan set up was to use sequential distalization to correct the Class II molar and canine relationship to Class I
- Class II elastics were used with precision cuts, along with 5 mm. vertical conventional rectangular attachments on 1.3 and 2.3 to provide retention of the aligner due to the short crown
- The Optimized rotation attachment on 3.5 was very effective for the derotation and alignment
- Finally, the vertical elastics were used to close the posterior open bite in the additional aligner set
