- Both were corrected using asymmetric IPR only on the right side of the mandible
- An IPR of 0.3mm was planned, but only 0.2mm performed between the teeth to ensure space closure
- After the first successful alignment sequence, the patient requested a change in the treatment plan to reposition the upper lateral incisors as an aesthetic demand
