Comments
- This is a Class II div1 malocclusion with large overjet, deep bite and lip protrusion case
- We created space in the upper arch space with the extraction of the 1.4 and 2.4
- Spaces were closed with maximum anchorage.
- We created space in the lower arch with the extraction of the 3.5 and 4.5 to achieve Class I
- Due to poor compliance during the initial aligner treatment, we still had a posterior open bite and molar mesial tilting
- After the 2nd refinement we were able to improve the patient's profile and finish with an ideal occlusion
