  • The patient was very collaborative and used all the aligners and the Class II elastics correctly
  • Since the patient had low bone quality and gingival retraction due to bad occlusion, CTs were done for follow up
  • Lower canines erupted as they were aligned to improve functional canine guidance
  • Restorations were done after orthodontic treatment
  • Expansion, IPR, and distalization were done
