Comments
- This case was challenging because of the deep overbite with upper anterior retro-inclination and crowding
- The upper second premolars were extracted to resolve the crowding, and retraction for an improved profile
- We chose to extract lower fused tooth of 32/33 and mandibular bicuspid to bicuspid IPR
- Class II elastics were used in order to protect the maxillary anchorage and help to achieve the maxillary strongest anchorage
- The whole orthodontic process was smooth and successful with no need for additional aligners
