Comments
- On the left side, Class I occlusion was easy to achieve by using Align sequential distalization protocol
- On the right side, distalization was more difficult because of the impacted third molar, therefore we decided to extract the tooth 1.4 to achieve Class II molar occlusion and relief upper right crowding
- Class III elastics were used on the right side to help molar mesialization
- We used Class II elastics on the right side to help posterior teeth distalization
- This patients treatment went fairly easy because the Invisalign system can provide both stable anchorage and staging design which was very important for the final treatment results
