Comments

  • The main concern of the patient was the anterior axial position
  • To achieve this goal, we decided to use optimized root control attachments to keep the premolars in place while the upper and lower anterior teeth were retracted by IPR from canine to canine
  • At the same time, we used IPR to center the lower midline
