Visit 2: Implant placement at the #32 position and Guided bone regeneration was carried out
Visit 3: Teeth preparation on #12 and #22 followed by an iTero scan for veneer and implant crown fabrication
Visit 4: Veneers and an implant crown were cemented

The patient's chief complaints are peg-shaped laterals #12 and #22. There is spacing between the upper central incisors and laterals, as well as between the laterals and canines. He also had congenitally missing tooth #32 (hypodontia) with horizontal alveolar bone loss.
Treatment plan: To restore #12 and #22 with veneers and fill the mesial aspect of #13 with composite to decrease the spacing between #13 and #12. Missing tooth #32 is replaced by an implant with guided bone regeneration (GBR) to increase horizontal bone width.
