- Overjet was increased by space closure in lower arch which also helped in increasing the overbite.
- Lower incisor intrusion was planned to allow for extrusion of upper incisors, which was done to improve the smile arc and visibility.
- IPR was needed in lower arch along with existing spaces to achieve a positive overjet.
- Class III elastics were used to help in lower incisor retraction.
- It was decided to maintain the space for future replacement of lower left first molar.
