  • Maintained her initial smile line, and expanded upper premolar width to improve narrow buccal corridors.
  • Used class II elastics from U3s-L6s bilaterally for full-time to get more anchorage and control tooth movement.
  • In additional aligners, continued using class II elastics to close all space. Used V elastics U6-L6-U3 bilaterally to improve the occlusal bite. Did IPR to reduce black triangles between teeth.
