- To correct the severe overjet we extracted the upper First Premolars and then retracted the upper anterior with Class II elastics
- To correct 7's scissor bite on both right and left sides we moved the upper 7 to lingual side with a strong torque on the lingual crown
- Lower 7 raised up with Crown labial torque
- We prefer to correct this in an early stage
- We resolved the lower crowding by labial inclination of the anterior teeth
- Curve of Spee leveled by Both Canine Intrusion and labial inclination of anterior teeth
