- This is a mild skeletal Class III case with upper incisor proclination (dental compensation)
- The upper left lateral incisor was trapped in-stand palatally and so the upper left canine was blocked out labially and caused gingival recession
- With the invisalign treatment, bite plane liked appliance is so effective to raise the bite and eliminate anterior interference, while other teeth could be aligned simultaneously
- Moreover, the optimized rotation attachment has proved itself to powerfully derotate and extrude the 2.3
- After the treatment completed the 2.3 is properly aligned in alveolar housing and the gingival recession had improved by only invisalign's mechanotherapy
- In conclusion, invisalign treatment can correct an anterior crossbite without anterior tooth flaring like we always encounter in fixed brace appliances
