Treatment Summary

Buccally upright the crown of upper posterior teeth to help correct narrow upper dental arch
Spaces gained from upper dental expansion and upper molars distalization combined with pre-treatment upper dental space and leeway space were used to help retract labially proclined upper incisors
Class II elasctics were used for mandibular advancement and upper posterior teeth distalization
Lower premolars extrusion and incisors intrusion to help correct severe anterior deep overbite
IPR was used for upper anterior teeth to help correct Bolton discrepancy in the upper and lower anterior region
Upper incisors retraction and mandibular advancement to help correct severe anterior deep overjet
Power ridge designs were used for lower anterior teeth to help prevent gingival recession, alveolar bone dehiscence, and fenestration during orthodontic treatment
Waited with 15, 25, 45, 17, 27, 37, and 47 until eruption into dentition and all could be included in orthodontic treatment
Extraction of the supernumerary tooth after orthodontic treatment completed
