- Superior sequential distalization was performed along with arch expansion.
- Intermaxillary elastic was planned with Class II mechanics by means of button cut out in teeth 3.6 and 4.6 and precision cut in teeth 1.3 and 2.3.
- Initially the aligners were changed every 10 days. At the end of the treatment, the exchange was requested every 7 days.
