- This is a combined surgical orthodontic case for the correction of Class III malocclusion with underlying mandibular hyperplasia in A-P.
- Pre-surgical Invisalign treatment was carried to develop the archform with leveling and aligning the teeth.
- No interproximal enamel reduction was necessary.
- Ramus bilateral sagittal split orthognathic surgical procedure was carried to correct the skeletal discrepancy and set the occlusion into Class I.
- Lastly finishing and settling of the occlusion was completed by using Invisalign Appliance with intermaxillary elastics.
