- Due to the severe narrow and crowding arches, arch lengths are gained by 1.5mm upper and 1mm lower molar distalization.
- Arch expansion is achieved by increasing 2mm inter-molar and 4mm inter-premolar widths.
- 8mm overjet is corrected by anterior retraction after upper anterior de-rotation and lower proclination, and Class II elastics are used for anchorage reinforcement.
