Step I:
- Extracted 18,28 and upper molar distalization with v-pattern.
- At the end of the treatment, the Molar Relationship is class I. but the anterior object is a little deep.
- Extracted 31 and alinement lower teeth, straight the Spee curve. and intrusion lower anterior teeth; At the end of the treatment, the Bite is a little deep.
- Used Elastics in Aligners treatment 27, 37 crossbites.
- Expansion of the arch narrow with Aligners. At the end of the treatment, the arch is normal.
