- This is a class II div.1 case with arch narrowing, and lateral incisor block in case.
- Expansion and distalization were key factors in this treatment.
- Class II elastics were used when upper molar distalization was performed.
- Through aligner treatment, upper arch distalization and expansion were achieved, and the lower arch was well-aligned as well.
- At the end of treatment, class I relationship was achieved, anterior crossbite was corrected, and normal overjet and overbite were achieved.
- Thanks to the aligner, upper molar distalization can be done with non-invasive therapy and is both easy and pain-free for the child.
