Commentaires
- Closing median diastema can occur with relative extrusion movement.
- Programmed intrusion during closing median diastema prevented anterior interference during treatment, especially in the anterior deep bite case.
- The patient went abroad after the delivery of the aligner, so extending the wearing time to 10 days could ensure tracking of the aligner.
