Commentaires
- Dental crowding and upper incisors proclination were solved byexpanding the upper and lower narrow arch, with the use of IPR this created enough space to correct both crowding and proclination
- At the end of the initial treatment we found that the anterior occlusal was not optimal and we were able to correct this with the use of vertical elastics during the refinement
