- Started with upper incisors proclination + derotation. After upper incisors were derotated and aligned, I did IPR and retruded them back.
- Then semi sequential distalization started together with expansion + buccal root torque and mesial-out rotation of upper molars and premolars until they reached class I relationship.
- For semisequential distalization I was using rubber bands 4mm, 4oz.
- In lower arch I started with proclination + derotation + relative intrusion of lower incisors and canines. Once lower incisors were proclined and aligned, I did IPR + intrusion + retrusion + lingual root torque of lower incisors together with expansion of molars and premolars.
