The initial upper incisors were well proclined and protrusion, therefor, I design retract upper incisors through distalization and expansion. In order to solve the anterior overbite, upper and lower incisors have been intruded. Since this is a teen patient, we run Class II elastic to simulate lower jaw jump. Finally, a perfect result was achieved.
