- Objective was to enhance her smile by whitening and restoring her smile and fractured anterior teeth
- After assessing multiple options it was determine to move the teeth out of a traumatic occlusion by using clear aligners
- Once the traumatic anterior open bite was corrected as well as mid line then the next phase of restoring her smile could be achieved
- The next phase was to whiten her dentition and determine restoration for fractured teeth 11,12,41,31, and replace multiple missing posterior teeth
