Comments
The patient presented as a mutilated malocclusion with missing 1.1, 2.1, 4.2. The chief treatment objective was to correct the axial inclinations along with the achievement of ideal overjet and overbite. As prosthetic crowns were present, we didn't want to attach attachments on 1.2, 1.3, 2.2, 2.3, 4.1, and 4.3 but the attachment on 4.3 was inevitable. Space regaining in the 4th quadrant was very crucial for attaining coinciding midlines as well as space recreation for a prosthetic replacement with an implant.
Successfully we could correct the axial inclinations, achieve ideal overjet and overbite, and all treatment objectives which we have shortlisted above. The space maintenance of 17 mm and recreation of the lost space for 4.2 was also successfully achieved.
