Comments
- Upper and lower expansion performed because the arches were very atresic and there was not enough space
- Lower and upper IPR performed to gain space for the correct alignment and leveling
- When we started the expansions, the buccalization of the anterior teeth started to happen
- I had difficulty when aligning teeth 1.1 and 2.1 and at that moment I lost the alignment adaptation. At this point, we entered into refinement.
