Comments
- Due to a slight Bolton discrepancy between the upper lateral incisors perfect Class I canine could not be achieved on the right side. The parents decided to not correct the spaces left on the distal of tooth 1.2
- We made the clinical decision to align the midlines and compromise slightly on the final position of tooth 1.3
- Class II mandibular retrognathism was treated with MA and mandibular protrusion
- At the same time the curve of Spee was leveled and the arches were aligned
- Class II elastics were used to finalize the occlusion and to maintain the Class II correction achieved with the Precision wings
