- I started this treatment first with constriction + distal-in rotation of upper second molars + expansion + buccal root torque + mesial-out rotation of upper first molars and all premolars and at the same time proclination + derotation of upper incisors.
- After I obtained arch development (from stage #1 till stage #16), I started semi-sequential distalization of 50% of upper molars, premolars, canines, and incisors.
- I used class II elastics 4mm 4oz to help mentioned distalization. With this distalization I have managed to bring every tooth into a full class I relationship and to open space for ectopic UR3.
- As the final part of the treatment, UR3 came down and back (distal) into its designated position - full class I relationship ideally seated into occlusal contact with its antagonists from the lower arch.
- In the lower arch, I expanded + derotated mesial-out lower molar and premolars, proclined and intruded lower incisors, and leveled and aligned all teeth.
- All mentioned was done in 16 stages. From first stage to the end of the treatment, lower arch was stationary providing anchorage for class II mechanics and semi-sequential distalization of upper teeth.
- This case was completed in a SINGLE treatment, with no refinements.
