Yorumlar
- Invisalign First was used to expand the upper and lower dental arch and align the teeth.
- In the first ClinCheck plan, all teeth were included in the plan. But teeth #8.4 was ankylosed and did not move, and the crowding of the lower dentition was not completely improved.
- So, I planned the additional aligner excluding #8.4 from teeth alignment.
- In the second additional aligner, the newly erupted maxillary lateral incisors were included, teeth #8.4 was extracted and the eruption space was planned.
- As a result of the treatment, the upper and lower dental arch was expanded to the broad form, and the aesthetic arrangement of the anterior teeth and appropriate overjet and overbite were made.
